RETURN & RETURN POLICY

Eligibility

You may return a product purchased through our website within 7 days of receipt if it meets the conditions set forth in this policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@theoffbeatshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return address and further instructions. Please note that you are responsible for paying the full cost of shipping and insurance for the return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $10 or 10% of the product’s purchase price, whichever is higher, will be deducted from your refund if the returned product is not defective or damaged.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the conditions set forth in this policy. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the product is approved for return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exclusions

Clearance or sale items may not be eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions set forth in this policy.
