To modify your order, please send an email to help@theoffbeatshop.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order. Please include the names and quantities of the products you want to add or remove from the order.

The order total, tax, and shipping charge will change based on your modification request.

We will charge your original payment method for any changes to the order total.

Please note: Your shipping address cannot be changed once the order is shipped

To change the shipping address on your order, please send an email to help@theoffbeatshop.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order. Please share the new complete shipping address with the zip code

As much as we love to get our products to you same day, unfortunately, we are not offering same day delivery at this point in time. Our orders ship within 3-4 business days from the order date

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our payments are 100% secure and are powered by Stripe which is industries leading payment processor. We also accept payments via digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay

We are PCI compliant and do not store any payment information on our servers.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your statement to reflect the refund. If you still do not see the refund on your statement please email us at info@theoffbeatshop.com and we will be happy to look into this.
